We’re a vibrant restaurant and bar group, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our back-of-house team. <h2>What You’ll Do</h2>- Carry out instructions given by SCOD.- Complete all storage, stock rotation, and cleaning tasks as directed.- Unload food and equipment deliveries.- Keep the storeroom organised.- Promote a welcoming, inclusive team environment.- Attend training sessions and team meetings.- Understand and support the Balans concept and mission.- Complete flow training within set deadlines. <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>- Strong work ethic and team player.- Ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Good organisational skills.- Positive attitude and reliability.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. <h2>What We Offer</h2>- £12.50-£13.50 per hour, paid every 4 weeks.- 35-hour contract with overtime opportunities.- Annual salary review.- 28 days paid holiday.- Wagestream app (access up to 50% wages anytime).- Free meals on shift &amp; 50% discount when off-duty.- In-house and external training programmes.- Clear career progression opportunities.- Private pension scheme (optional).- Flexible working hours.
